91¶¶Òõ alumna and Australian resident Dovey Dee ’83 isÌýÌýat the dA Gallery in Pomona. Dee’sÌýTechtonic Shifts: A Sense of Place, A Sense of SpaceÌýexhibit,Ìýas well as her time as a fixture in the local art scene and recent return visit, is.ÌýDee earned her bachelor’s degree from 91¶¶Òõ in 1983 and her master’s from Claremont Graduate University in 1985. Her paintings depict her adopted country’s wild landscapes, from the gold fields of Ballarat in central Victoria, to East Gippsland, the Alice Springs area and McDonnell ranges, as well as Western Australia. Admission to the exhibit is free at the dA Center for the Arts, 252 D South Main St., Pomona.
